Fee Structure

Upfront Engagement Fee:

$2,000 + GST (Non Refundable Service Fee)

Balance on Exchange of Property:

Fixed Fee for Purchase of Property up to $800,000 is $8,000 + GST, ($8,800) less the upfront Engagement Fee of $2,000

Property Price Over $800,000 is: 1% + GST (of the purchase price), less the upfront Engagement Fee of $2,000
